This year our chain AMAKS Hotels & Resorts, which is currently represented in 22 regions of Russia and the Republic of Belarus, launched the project "Year of National Culture". We tell you what it is and why we started it.

This week we delighted all the guests with dishes of Azov cuisine: carp stuffed in Cossack style, baked pike perch, okroshka, dumplings with potatoes and dumplings with cottage cheese.
And in a week we will once again introduce our guests to the traditional dishes of Ural cuisine, this time, in honor of the celebration of the week of culture of the city of Yekaterinburg!
