The cleanliness in the room is impeccable, and the coziness and comfort creates the feeling that we are at home. Special thanks to the administrators Alexandra, Karina and Ivan for their responsiveness and help in solving the issues. Please encourage them! We were especially pleased with the breakfast in the room. Thank you so much to the maids for the cleanliness in our room, the timely change of towels and the replacement of what we needed. My daughter and I will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and we will be happy to come back again!
