Reviews of the AMAKS Congress Hotel in Rostov-on-Don

I've been to Rostov-on-Don more than once for business reasons, and I really regret that I only found out about the AMAKS Hotel this year. The slogan of the hotel "Home away from home" fully justifies itself and corresponds to reality. The hotel's affordability is not comparable to other hotels of a more "lower class". In my review of the AMAKS hotel, I could write a lot about: the well–chosen (convenient) location of the hotel, comfortable rooms, a large list of services offered to guests - all this is determined by the "CONGRESS NOTEL" category, but this is not the main feature of this hotel. The main feature is that the hotel staff is professionally trained, attentive and courteous. In this hotel, you are not perceived as a "guest" but as a guest!!! I would especially like to express my gratitude and many THANKS to the head of the sales department, Margarita Kasyanova, who is really a professional of the highest category, who was able to accommodate a large group of guests at the hotel (without prior reservation) during the World Cup in the city, to remember everyone and "supervise the accommodation" taking into account the specifics and wishes for accommodation. I recommend the AMAKS to anyone who plans to come to Rostov-on-Don, and I don't consider any other options (a hotel) for myself!!! Krylov, Sergey.

I also admire the restaurant, the cuisine is very good. I would like to express special words of gratitude to my serving waiter, ARTHUR, a professional in his field.
