I often visit Rostov-on-Don, and when choosing a hotel, the choice is definitely in favor of Amaks. Comfortable accommodation, good food and very friendly staff. Especially the administrator Alexandra, to whom I would like to express my gratitude.

This is not the first time I have visited the Amaks Hotel. I really like everything: the service, the rooms, the atmosphere of the hotel. This is my first visit to the city of Rostov and the Amaks Hotel. Before checking in, I was able to clarify all the questions and was extremely satisfied. Early check–in is a huge plus. The ironing room is available at any time of the day, regardless of the staff. The room is clean and has everything you need. The polite girl at the reception.

We stayed at the AMAKS for two days on March 27-29, 2026, in 522 rooms - we were absolutely delighted! An excellent choice for a trip to Rostov-on-Don, this is not the first time we have visited this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. The room has everything you need: a TV, a kettle with cups, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, and a set of hygiene products. Cleaning was carried out daily, without complaints. The silence in the corridors made it possible to get a good night's sleep after a busy day. The location of the hotel is very convenient - walking distance from the bus stop, shops and main attractions is easy to reach. Special thanks to the staff for their efficiency and tact. As well as the entire management of the hotel for the staff, who are attuned to positive guest reviews. Breakfast at the AMAKS is generally at the highest level - it's a real celebration to start the day. It's very tasty and there's a lot of choice. The products are fresh, the dishes are prepared with attention to detail. I really liked it when the robot assistant collected dirty dishes from our guests. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable, cozy, and delicious.
