Amaks Congress Hotel — A House Far from Home These New Year's holidays were different for each of us. Someone spent them in silence, surrounded by their loved ones, someone in a noisy company: in clubs and at a disco. I, along with my friends from the university, Alexey Dovnar and Ivan Slichenko, spent these New Year's holidays in Rostov, or to be more precise, at the Amaks Congress Hotel. This is the second time I have visited this hotel, and I can sincerely note that it employs professionals and experts in their field. I would like to mention some of them. This is Yaroslav, the bartender at Kosmos restaurant, a very cheerful, sociable, attentive person with a great sense of humor who knows how to approach any client. In addition to these qualities, it is worth noting that Yaroslav did not allow us to feel violated, communicating with us as equal members of society, he was not embarrassed by our disability. Throughout our stay at the hotel, Yaroslav and I became good friends, and that, I think, is the most important thing. It is important to create comfort for the guests of the hotel and restaurant. Yaroslav handled it perfectly! The waiters Vitaly and Ilya, another one, and the hotel staff, who deserve the highest customer ratings. My friends and I met Vitaly and Ilya this year. They are very responsive and funny guys, ready to help out and help their colleagues in any situation. They will not only bring you an order, but also cheer you up, make sure that all the guests have a delicious meal and leave satisfied. And, of course, the most charming and sweet waitress is Ekaterina. A kind girl with a sincere, pure soul and a charming smile. That wasn't the whole list of good people in this hotel! It is impossible not to tell about the administrators as well. The administrator is Tatiana. In my opinion, this is one of the coolest and best administrators I have ever met in my life! She is very kind, working not for the sake of money, but for the sake of her soul! It is worth noting that Tatiana is a person with a capital letter and these are not just words. She paid for the meals of one of the guests at her own expense, who simply could not pay for the order for himself, and also helped the guest with the payment of the ticket home. I want to believe such administrators, because they use their example to prove to us that love and kindness rule the world. The administrator is Alexandra. I met her in 2022. She is a responsible person, a strong and strong-willed girl who knows how to find a way out of different situations, who knows how to listen and come to the rescue. Of course, at the head of this wonderful hotel is the strongest leader, at first it seemed to me that the headmistress was too serious, with whom I needed to communicate only on business, but this turned out to be a mistaken opinion. Her name is Margarita Olegovna. Actually, as I found out later, she is a very sweet and calm woman. I saw her at a New Year's Eve corporate party, then she made sure that every guest was full and satisfied. Margarita Olegovna herself did not sit still for a minute, at one point I even wanted to bring her a chair myself so that she could rest a little, because it's not easy to walk around the huge hall in high-heeled shoes. He is a very responsive leader. She helped us find a special chair for people with limited mobility, since the room for the disabled was occupied and we checked into regular rooms and we had to use her help. Margarita Olegovna is a simple person, without excessive self-esteem. For her, every person is, first of all, a guest whom she is ready to help, and of course, she is very charming! I want her to meet only good people! To sum up, I would like to thank all the employees of the hotel, starting from the administrators and ending with the maids, cooks. Thank you to all those with whom we spent these wonderful New Year holidays! After playing bowling and getting the most positive emotions, I sincerely believe that thanks to these people, the Amaks hotel can really be considered a home away from home! We stayed at the AMAKS Congress Hotel in September, a very decent hotel. It's clean, nice, and cozy. Friendly staff. Very nice view from the window to the square and the avenue!

The graduation party that you organized for us and our children exceeded all expectations.
