First of all, a well-trained team of smart, calm and welcoming people in all hotel services. I've been to conferences in Rostov, and the organizers booked an Intourist, but I ran off to my native AMAKS after half a day. Thanks to everyone, especially the director, for the high-precision management of the team and the development of the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the beds are soft and comfortable, the staff is very polite, there is a very large selection of delicious dishes at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is SUPER!!! but there are people who go on a business trip, it's not convenient for them because they have to wait a very, very long time for the closing documents!!!!!!!!!!!

We visited you in April. I'm thrilled! Thanks to the shift at the reception (8 a.m. on April 29), who checked us in ahead of time, despite the fact that there were no available rooms!)) WE took an additional one.breakfast, due to the early arrival, which was not a bit regretted.The breakfast is amazing, everything is fresh, delicious, and satisfying! .The rooms were clean, and extra towels, a hairdryer, and even a sewing kit (a button came off) were all brought very quickly, with a smile and without unnecessary questions.
