Reviews of the AMAKS Congress Hotel in Rostov-on-Don

It's just a gorgeous hotel! I was in Rostov-on-Don. The quality is much higher than the price. It's just a pity that there is no such hotel in Saratov, where I'm going(.

In addition, this is not the first time we have stayed at the Amaks hotel, which in itself means that the service, price/ quality, is at a high level - believe me, there is something to compare it with. This time, I'm just smitten and happy with our choice! It so happened that on the last day of our stay (06 - 10.02.10), my colleague and I were seriously ill, and the issue of interrupting our business trip in the middle was on the cards. But the staff (administrators, customer service, kitchen, doctor) took care of us like family and put us on our feet. I could not even imagine that in Russia you can still feel at home in a hotel (and perhaps even a little better). THANK YOU SO MUCH for your sincere care and service! You are just great fellows! I stayed at the hotel for three months. I want to say a huge thank you to Irina Kovaleva for her attention and sensitivity, thanks to her I felt not like a client, but a guest. A wonderful hotel!!! Booking service-works like clockwork! You come and everyone is happy to see you! The staff is wonderful! The rooms are clean, always fresh linen and towels! Breakfast, it's hard to even call it breakfast, rather it's lunch, very tasty! In a word, everything is at the highest level, for a reasonable fee!!! I have something to compare it with-I RECOMMEND IT!!!

Nice hotel!!! We lived in a double room. Absolutely everything was fine. Clean, fresh linen and towels, air conditioning, nice shower stall, courteous staff. I can't say anything about breakfast, because we overslept...))) In general, the optimal price-quality ratio. Believe me, we have something to compare it with!!!

I was in Rostov-on-Don in May for the first time, I found out about the hotel via the Internet and thanks to a very informative and well-made website and the excellent work of the booking service, I was satisfied with the choice! I stayed in a beautiful room on the 11th floor, with the city in full view, high-class service, excellent breakfast, bar, bowling alley, and all this for a reasonable price.Thank you very much, well done!

We stayed at the hotel in early March. I liked everything very much. Beautiful, cozy and clean rooms, well-established, and at the same time, absolutely inconspicuous work of the staff, excellent service, menu and quality of dishes in the restaurant.
